This project included removal of existing signage, resurfacing of dryvit for entire storefront area to remove patchwork shadows, cracks etc., painting the entire remainder of building to the far right and left to match the new finish, along with new blue background behind signage

Signage consisted of illuminated channel letters with custom painted returns and raceways, light boxes to the left and right, and flex face cabinets custom shaped and custom painted

The project also included pylon light boxes with the same custom color paint. The existing structure was completely refurbished by Capitol as per the request of the landlord and eventually led to a complete renovation of the shopping center – construction renovations, complete dryvit refinishing process and new signage.
