Storefront Repair & Redesign

This project entailed removal of all existing awnings and the storefront build-out along with full dryvit process for the new restaurant. All other areas of the shopping center which required repairs were completed by our crews. Necessary dryvit repairs were made to match the exiting finish. All repaired areas are undetectable, as they should be when the process is completed properly.  The Developer/Property owner then allowed us to decide on the new color combination that would be most aesthetically pleasing. They relied on our design team to finalize all colors along with all new landscaping design for the center. Phase two will consist of all new signage for each tenant with a finalized sign type and style that will be most advantageous for all tenants and provide the most exposure. The project was kept within an economical budget and within code restrictions.
